former rag merchants warehouse is being converted into two
distinct buildings with the following spaces to let from February
2007.

80 York Street
A fully self contained office of nearly 1300 sq ft with the

further 150 sq ft of meeting or storage space. This unit has

a minimum of four cars.

80A York Street
The tall brick built warehouse is a landmark building in Leeds
and has already generated a great deal of attention. Arc Design
and our sister company Oblong Furniture will occupy the third
and fourth floors, the ground floor will have the main communal
entrance, toilet and kitchen facilities.
There will be two floors available to
let, each one occupies 330 sq ft and has its own secure studio
entrance, contemporary lighting scheme and balconette with
French doors. These spaces are to be let on a licence, with
a service charge covering electricity and the maintenance
of communal areas.
