Coffee counter and internet bar

Arc Design have a long standing relationship with Audi stretching back over seven years, we have supplied showroom furniture to well over 100 showrooms during this period. As the interior look has evolved into the current 'Advanced Showroom Concept' Arc have continued to design and manufacture bespoke counters for the new sites.

YORK STREET DEVELOPMENT
New studio offices

After fifteen long months we have finally completed the office development at York Street, Leeds. We undertook the project management ourselves, co-ordinating architects Architecture 2B and Dobson Construction -the main contractor alongside a long roster of direct supply contractors. The project came in at over £600,000 including £40,000 in costs associated with shutting down the railway line five times!

Both Arc Design and our sister company Oblong Furniture are now happily settled into two of the floors at 80A, the other two floors of this building are now let and we are looking for a tenant for the 1300 Sqft ground floor unit at 80 York Street.

ZED BAR
External furniture

We have been working with Arc Inspirations (no relation) for some considerable time now, as operators of a number of bars in Leeds, they are often looking to tweak and improve their operations. We designed and manufactured a number of benches for the external area of Zed Bar including a single long bench of over 8 metres in length.

The benches and tables are designed to be bolted into position and left outside all year round, they are capable of withstanding both the elements and wilful misuse!

DUNLOP HIFLEX
Exhibition stand

Reassuringly, when Dunlop decided to return to the Hannover Messe they contacted us to create a fitting follow up to their previous award winning stand (see Design Consultancy). We opted for a 'contemporary art gallery' theme, which entailed a lot of fun/hardwork creating some 18 artworks! from the Dunlop product range.

ARMY FOUNDATION COLLEGE
Computer suites

As part of the recreation centre for young soldiers, the Army College asked Arc to design and install a series of internet access and games console suites. This involved designing tamper proof access to CPUs and consoles and very durable workstations. I'm glad to say that all parties were happy and the suites are standing up well to the wear and tear!
